Series Classes

Series classes meet once a week, the same day & time, for 4 weeks, . Learning in this way is so beneficial in helping you commit to yourself, learn a practice, and begin to incorporate what you’ve learned and experienced into your life!

*These are in-person class, yet anytime you are unavailable to attend joining in Virtually through Zoom or having a recording sent is available so that you can continue the practice the week.


Signature Meditation Series

*After every Level 1 series, a Level 2 and Level 3 will follow; same day & time

Meditation for Beginners

Join us for a 4 week series on how to begin a meditation practice!

Level 1: Developing a Practice

- Explore tools to help calm the mind and body

- Develop meditation techniques for ease of practice.

- Learn how to adjust your body to feel more at ease in posture

- Discover resources that can shift old habits and patterns

*Each class consists of a short talk, gentle seated movement, guided breath work, and seated meditation.

Level 2: Deepening your Practice

Take your practice to the next level exploring more concepts and techniques of practice!

- Understand the levels of the mind

- Discover tools to enhance mental clarity

- Explore the five layers of awareness 

- Learn how to overcome obstacles along the path

Level 3: Living Your Practice

Discover how to live more mindfully connected to present moment through the philosophies of yoga!

- Learn philosophies of yoga and how to incorporate them into your life

- Discover the primary qualities of nature and how they can shift how we feel

- Explore the concept of consistency and change in our life

- Develop tools to nourish our relationship with others and ourselves

March 9th - 30th

Meditation: Study & Practice

This class is designed for those who have already attended the meditation series classes, to help you continue and grow your practice.

While meditation is an individual practice, it is very helpful to join in community and with the guide of a teacher throughout your journey of practice.

*Each class consists of a short talk, gentle seated movement, guided breath work, and seated meditation.

~Offered in 4 class series form yet you can join a series anytime

Thursdays 7:00-8:00pm

Jan 9th - 30th

Meditation: Teacher’s class

This class is designed for those who have completed our Meditation Teacher Training to help you continue your study and practice.

Each class consists of a short talk and discussion on the Yoga Sutras, followed by a practice of gentle asana, mudras, mantras, pranayama, and seated meditation.

~ Offered in a monthly class series form

Specialty Series

*These classes incorporate the foundation of meditation with complementary practices to help expand your practice with specialty tools and techniques.

Sacred Surrender series

We hear the word “surrender” connected to meditation, yoga, energetic healing, body works, and much more…But the question is “How do I surrender?”

Surrender is the ultimate form of trust. In Sacred Surrender, each class will guide you deeper into trusting that everything is alway working out for you.  We will discuss building a relationship with the universe through meditation, creating and receiving confirmations, intuitively guided decision making, and solidifying requests for expansion.

Each class will also include gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, and a savasana with mini reiki healing.

Reiki Level 1 series

Wednesdays 7:00-8:30pm

Feb 5th - 26th

Join Frannie for this unique series to learn and complete your Reiki Level 1 training. This is an amazing practice to bring energetic healing and balance to yourself and others. The practice shared is from the traditional Usui System of Natural Healing and this first-degree certification course will be taught in a series educational process.

With the completion of the Reiki Level 1 certification, you will be attuned to provide Reiki healing treatments for yourself and others. Your connection to Reiki will deepen your relationship with yourself, expand your consciousness, and provide a tool for self-healing. When you complete Reiki healing treatments on others, you provide them with the opportunity to also have this experience. Reiki is an intuitive, healing energy that partners well with other healing practices and modalities to improve your overall quality of life.

In the Level 1 Reiki Training you will learn:

  • Week 1: What is Reiki - How Reiki Works and How Reiki Heals? The History of Reiki

  • Week 2: The 5 Principles of Reiki; Reiki Attunement Process

  • Week 3: Reiki Hand Positions; Reiki Treatments for Self and Others

  • Week 4: Hands-on Reiki Practice by Giving and Receiving Reiki; Incorporating Reiki in Therapeutic, Yoga and Somatic Practices

After completion of the 4 weeks, you will receive your Reiki Level 1 certification.
