About Us

Our Story

In 2015, I opened a small meditation center in Cornelius NC. After teaching in gyms and yoga studios for over a decade, I dreamt of creating a space to share the broaden view that Yoga encompasses. While the posture aspect of yoga practice is of the utmost importance, there are many more facets of the practice especially meditation, which at its core is what yoga truly embodies. It became a community center, a central point where the community could gather, learn, practice, and grow!

Then in early 2020, we moved to a beautiful 2 acre property in Davidson NC with plans to expand our offerings and services. We were set to open that March, but then the world had other plans. We were eventually able to open for outdoor classes and tried our best to stay in this gorgeous location for as long as we could. Then July 2021, with things still uncertain the owner of the property decided to sell and we had to move.

Thankfully this was not the last chapter in our story and in April 2023 we were able to open our new location, back to Cornelius and back to our mission to share the life-transforming teachings of meditation practice and living yoga!
