New Moon Manifesting

Each New Moon is a start of a new lunar cycle allowing us the opportunity to set intentions for what we would like to cultivate in our life!  It is a chance for a fresh start to harness the energy of the moon to support our goals and desires.

Join Marisa to learn about the current New Moon energies, experience rituals and guided journaling to set your intentions, be led through gentle movement, guided breathwork, and meditation.  


Full Moon Abundance

Each Full Moon is the peak of the lunar cycle bringing with it a strong lunar energy! This energy helps us release what is no longer working for us or weighing us down and make room for cultivating abundance.  It is the perfect opportunity to create space for the intentions you set in the new moon to flourish and grow.

Join Marisa to learn about this month’s Full Moon energies, experience rituals to create release and abundance, as well as be led through gentle movement, guided breathwork, and meditation.  


 

 Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra

Friday May 3rd 6:00-7:30pm

Join us for the ultimate in rest and relaxation!

Restorative Yoga is considered the “antidote to stress.” A way to truly melt away the tension in your shoulders, back, and hips built up by stress and general tensions created as we move throughout day.  

During this practice, you will be lead through a sequence of postures designed to move your spine in all directions, while every curve of the body is completely supported by props, and enjoyed for 5-15 minutes.  As your body is being opened by the position of the pose, you will also be guided through gentle breath awareness and meditative techniques to find a deeper release of mind and body. 

Class will end with a guided Yoga Nidra practice while laying down in a supported savasana. Yoga Nidra is meditation practice that promotes a profound state of relaxation as it brings you to a state of consciousness just hovering over sleep.

Reiki Healing Circle

Friday May 10th 7:00-8:00pm

Reiki has many medicinal healing benefits such as increased mood levels, reduced stress, improved sleep, and relaxation. Reiki also aids in the healing of pain, injuries, and releasing tension/trauma from the body.

Join us to experience a room permeated with reiki healing energy as you move through breathwork, movement, and guided meditation. After intricate moments of community healing, each participant will receive a mini reiki healing session. This intimate, reiki healing circle requires no prior experience or skills.

Soul Wisdom Journaling

Sunday May 5th 6:00-7:00pm

Join us for a workshop experiencing the practice of meditation and heart-centered journaling.  This practice of meditation helps us clear the clutter of the mind and paves the way to connect to your own wisdom and insight that often remain hidden with all the thoughts and emotions of our daily lives.  

During this class, you will be guided through energetic clearing and grounding techniques, gentle movement, breathing exercises, and a meditation practice to set the stage for genuine self-reflection through journaling.

Sacred Sanctuary: mini-retreat

Sacred Sanctuary is an immersive healing experience to expand your energetic aura, elevate your mood levels, and awaken your inner being. 

We are no longer playing small. In May’s mini-retreat, we will address the “fear of perception” or “fear of being seen”, its roots, and how to break through from holding your own self back. It’s time to step into your light.

Fear of being seen presents itself as avoiding any action that brings you into the spotlight. Always supporting yet never leading. Withholding putting yourself out there when you have a new idea or something to say. It may look even look like hiding yourself through clothes, opting out of social gatherings, or being afraid to try new things.

Join Frannie to learn to process this fear in a healthy way and three tools to help you counter it!

*Class will include reiki healing energy, yoga, meditation, and somatic healing release work will be shared. 

**Each person will receive an oracle card pull message to culminate their experience.

Astrology Meet-up

Astrology is the study of the movements and positions of planets and how this influences us and the world.  This knowledge of cycles and patterns has been used and studied for more than 4000 years. 

Join us for this monthly gathering to learn about the planets and the patterns of energy they create, discover the insight and knowledge within your birth chart, zodiac signs, and how unique you are, as well as meet others where you can share and learn from each other.

Mandala Meditation 

Friday May 31st  7:00-8:30pm

Join Marisa to experience the practice of creating and meditating with Mandalas!

This class will explore techniques to ignite our creativity and allow you to deeply drop into the present moment through the practice of creating a personal mandala.  These sacred diagrams represent wholeness, strength in unity, cyclical progression of life, and the understanding that life is never ending.  

The word mandala means “circle” and can be found in all aspects of life, such as the earth, sun, moon, as well as the circles of friends, families, and communities.  Throughout this session you will be guided through the meditative process of designing your own mandala, followed by a gentle movement, guided breathwork, and then an ending meditation utilizing the mandalas you created. 

*No artistic experience is needed, as you will be guided in the process of growing your mandala.

Mala & Mantra Meditation

Mala beads are string of 108 beads used for meditation and are traditionally used for the practice of Japa meditation, a technique of silent mantra (repetition) to calm the mind and inwardly connect.

During this class you will then learn what a mala is, how to use it for meditation, and then experience the practice with your own personal mala, which you can take with you for your home practice.
