Balance Within: Yin & Yang
The sacral chakra is the home for the divine feminine (yin). The sacral chakra awakens our creative spirit, sensual self, and supports you in attracting vs. chasing. It sits right above the root chakra, the home of the divine masculine (yang). Which aids us in feeling rooted, safe, and secure. Both the feminine and masculine work in conjunction to create softness and trust. Both play a role in assisting us as we achieve our goals.
Join Frannie for a 4 week journey to learn about the divine feminine energy & divine masculine energy, as well as how to balance the energies. You will also discover how to provide yourself with more balance to use these energies individually and in conjunction to achieve your goals.
*Each class will include gentle movement, meditation, and reiki healing.
